Complaints and Returns

RETURNS

The return can be made within 14 days. If you want to return the ordered products, please inform us about it by sending the completed return form (download). The cost of returning the order to the store is borne by the buyer.

Please send the completed form and the returned order to the following address:

The returned goods cannot bear traces of use. The product should be complete.

PLEASE NOTE: No returns or exchanges can be accepted if product was custom made- including custom size and custom colour.

 

COMPLAINTS

We make every effort to ensure that the products shipped to you do not have any defects. However, if the purchased goods do not meet the expectations, you can make a complaint

For this purpose, print and fill in the complaint form

We will consider the complaint within 14 days. We will inform you by e-mail about how to solve it. If the complaint is accepted, we will replace the defective product with one free from defects or we will remove the defect.
